Established in 2019, we are a vintage clothing retailer, specialized in vintage designer clothing from the 70s, 80s, 90s and 00s. We sell items from brands all-over the globe with exceptional quality and highly archival pieces at competitive prices.

All the items we offer on Direct Vintage are hand picked, checked, cleaned and steamed prior to being uploaded to the official website. However, always should be taken in account that Direct Vintage sells second hand clothing and that items age over the years. Any signs of use, damages or other errors with be mentioned and be photographed. If there are any missed defects, please contact us immediately upon receiving your item if this is the case.

All orders are packed and shipped the same working day or the day after. We ship all orders via DHL or any other couriers company if needed. You will always receive your order confirmation as track & trace. The track & trace will always be attached to your parcel. All the packages are shipped with insurance. I case a package got lost, please contact us immediately. 

No, we don’t accept returns due to second hand but we will accept refund in case anything was not mentioned in the description or when an item has been damaged due to the courier. We ask our customers to pay attention to the pictures and read carefully the description and measurements. 

Always check the tracking number we have provided & check on the freight company website directly. If the parcel is sent by DHL, in the most cases if no one is home,  they will take the package to a pickup point for the customer to pick it up at a suitable time. In case the package got lost, we will always try to solve it.
